  • Visa Application Submission

    The visa application will be lodged with the respective embassies of host countries in Vietnam, based on block visas or work permits secured by our partners.

    Our team identifies passports that require immigration processing to obtain clearance.

  • Ticketing and Departure Arrangements

    Our Ticketing department confirms the travel date with both candidates and clients to arrange their joining tickets. Following this, deployment notifications are sent to the client for pickup arrangements.

Offer letter & Induction

Meantime an explanation is given to all of selected candidates about their salary, duty hours and company.

Medical Checkup

Right after the final selection & approval, all selected candidates will be sent for medical checkup at the authorized medical Centers.

Passport & Criminal Record Checkup

The selected candidate's passport is been checked and meanwhile if he return then their exit-re-entry violation and any other criminal records are being checked.

Application For Visa

Visa application will be submitted to the respective Embassies of host countries in Vietnam on basis of block visas/ work-permits obtained by our partners.

Immigration

Our team segregate the passports which needs to go through an immigration process to get their immigration clear.

Ticketing and Departure

Our Ticketing departments confirms the date of travel with candidates and clients to book their joining tickets then their deployment notifications are being sent to the client for the pickup.
